Emergency notice: Veraxon is not an emergency service. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or seek immediate medical care.
1. Informational website only
This website is for general informational and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency care or individualized clinical recommendations.
2. No substitute for licensed medical care
Do not use website content as a substitute for professional medical evaluation. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, screening, medication, supplements, procedures or monitoring should be made with appropriately licensed clinicians who can evaluate your full clinical context.
3. No clinician-patient relationship through public website use
Reading this website, completing a readiness check, submitting a preliminary inquiry or receiving a non-clinical response does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Any clinical relationship, where applicable, requires separate intake, consent, jurisdictional review and engagement with appropriately licensed clinicians or partner medical organizations.
4. AI-assisted synthesis
Veraxon may use AI-assisted systems to support organization, summarization, literature mapping and signal synthesis. AI does not make medical decisions, does not replace clinician judgment and should not be used as a standalone diagnostic tool.
5. Healthspan Index
The Veraxon Healthspan Index is an internal framework for organizing multi-domain signals and tracking direction over time. It is not a diagnosis, not a validated diagnostic instrument and not an FDA-cleared medical device.
6. Genetic, epigenetic, wearable and laboratory data
Genetic, epigenetic, wearable and laboratory signals can be useful when interpreted in context, but each has limitations. Genetic findings are not destiny. Epigenetic clocks and pace-of-aging metrics are not standalone diagnoses. Wearables and CGM data may be imprecise and should be interpreted alongside clinical data. Laboratory values require context, trend review and clinician judgment.
7. Case studies and Patient X
Patient X and any other case material are used to illustrate methodology. They are not testimonials, promises, guarantees or expected outcomes. Individual results vary and may be influenced by baseline status, adherence, medications, procedures, lifestyle, genetics, measurement methods and other confounders.
8. Clinical services and jurisdiction
Clinical services, where applicable, are provided only through appropriately licensed clinicians or partner medical organizations in their respective jurisdictions. Veraxon reviews international inquiries case by case. The US pathway is in preparation for 2026 and any US clinical services will be available only through appropriately licensed clinicians and compliant entities.
9. No disease prevention or treatment guarantee
Veraxon does not guarantee disease prevention, reversal of aging, biomarker improvement, diagnosis of hidden disease, clinical outcomes, specific timelines or acceptance into a pathway.
10. Public form limitation
Do not submit urgent medical questions, medical records, diagnoses, lab values, genetic findings, detailed symptoms or medication lists through the public website form. If Veraxon determines that a secure intake may be appropriate, a separate workflow may be provided.
